Burger King Needs to Clean House Reidsville, North Carolina

I understand teens and college students are the primary employees at fast food establishments. But this does not excuse the behavior at the Reidsville, NC Burger King. These are some instances of how they work there:
#1. My son and I stopped by after scouts one evening and went into the lobby area. He wanted a vanilla cone. I was informed that they were out of ice cream. So I said we would go elsewhere, The clerk then asked would he prefer a cup? I asked a cup of what? Ice Cream, she said. I thought you were out. No, we just don't want to open a new rack of cones this late. No manager on site at the time so I left and went elsewhere for a cone.
#2. 6 consecutive trips to the drive thru on my way to work, milkshake machine is broken. (mind you this Burger King is new). I call and ask for the manager, a girl comes on and I inquire about he machine. She states the machine has been fine, no problems. I ask what are you going to do about the afternoon shift "faking" the breakdowns? She replies she is not a manager and can do nothing. The manager is not there and is "hard" to catch in the office. I called Corporate and filed a complaint. I was told the manager would call me and I would be offered compensation for my troubles. Never received a call or compensation. (I wasn't expecting compensation for anything really)
#3 Drive Thru is open 24 hours Lobby closes at 10pm. Stopped by one night at 9:30 pm Lobby locked. My wife, kids and I stopped in one night on way home from out of town at 2:00am. Drive Thru was closed no one on site. Manager was not available between 8am-11am nor 3pm-6pm the next day.
#4 Stopped in one night on my way to work. Ordered 2 burgers, small fry and a soda. Was asked to pull up and wait a few moments for my food due to a heavy volume of customers. (Heavy volume was 2 cars in front of me and 3 people in lobby eating) Six cars went through the drive thru behind me as I waited. A group of Duke Power employees pulled beside me, went in, ordered, ate and left as I waited 29 minutes for my food. No General Manager on site.
I stopped going there after this incident. At one time I was spending $40-$60 a week there (I have a large family 2 teenage sons). Instead I go next door to Arby's. But I have never had a bad incident there. I have on occasion pulled up at Arby's looked across at BK and saw a car waiting for food, sat in the drive thru behind several cars and exited and the same car is sitting at BK waiting.
Burger King Corporate needs to come down and clean house here in Reidsville. Get a manager that can stay on site and employees that are willing to work for a day's pay. Stay open as promised, don't blame breakdowns for unwillingness to work and walk 10 feet to get a product. Show these kids laziness is not the way to get ahead.
