For all of you who have received this letter, and for those of you who have fell for it, this is the lowest scam I have ever received. I did not activate this card but I do have some information from a previous post and got some information confirmed.
The number to actually contact someone is 1-800-279-6989. Press "0" when the automated system asks. When it asks you to enter a social security number, you can put in any 9 digits. I did 333-33-3333.
Talking to these people made me sick. They wont give any information and kept refering to the activation #. I asked for a street address for their company and they said "for security purposes we cannot give that information."
I got that street address, its 1501 W. Commerce St. Las Vegas, Nevada 89102. It sits on the corner of Commerce St. and Utah St. The last person I talked to said that they were next to All State Check Cashing which is on 81 W. Utah St.
After I found out that all they wanted was my personal information, I've been repeatedly calling just for fun and to get more out of them. Keep this thread alive, I'd like to see what happens (if anything) to them.

The number you have posted is to our BCS department which only handles accounts that are in their Free Trial Period (Members who have activated their cards are given a trial period of 8-14 days depending on when you activate). The reason they keep referring you to our activations line is because you do not have a account with us, and they are pointing you the the direction to activations department if you would like to activate and find out about the program and start your free trial period (You will reach a live rep at the end of the automated activations system to finish your activations process and to ask questions).
This program is not a scam and I'm sorry you would think that. This is the reason why we send you the Approval letter first, so you can look at it beforehand to decide if you want to go for it, or not. All the information is given to you in black and white before you call. Overall it's your choice to call and activate, if you don't want it, don't call, its that simple.
