Due to their negligence, apathy, incompetence, etc. etc. it took a full two months to receive my money from a closed checking account. This is another example of a giant bank taking over a small bank, which resulted in horrible lack of customer service, lack of communication between branch and headquarters, and ultimately to me, which is why is took two months for me to receive my only source of income. When it was Green Bank, I was treated more like a customer. But when Capital Bank took over, I was discarded like garbage. They ignored me, lied to me, hoping I would go away. But I needed to obtain my money, which they were keeping.
