Was it a Circuit City rebate, or a manufacturer rebate?
Did you keep copies of everything, so that you could re-submit it?
You haven't provided enough information here to let us know if it is a Circuit City isse, or not.

I've received TONS of rebates from Circuit City, as well as other vendors. If you keep copies of rebate forms and receipts, and keep up with them (call if you don't receive anything, and check the status frequently), you will get them.
