Company has an auto pickup line that dials you, you stay on hold for up a minute waiting for a thick accent person who you can't understand to talk to you. They ask you repetitive stupid questions after they pickup. Then you ask to speak to customer service and they can't transfer you and you have to start all over again through the process.
I finally got sent to a spanish speaking person who then transfered me back to the origianl source who started the same procedure again. It was a stupid cycle and such a waste of time. I had requested that they stop calling my cell phone but they did not. This company is outsourced driven-I will pay my debt off and never never use them again.

You come to a website that is driven by consumers and answered by consumers, and then when someone replys you curse at them and tell them to "f" off? What kind of child are you?? First, you can send them to your voice mail. You dont have to talk with them. Second, the first person to rebut you is correct, YOU OWE THEM MONEY!!!!! How in any shred of the word resonable can you expect them to NOT call you when you owe them money...ITS THIER MONEY!!!! They want it and you havent paid it. Its just that simple.
Stop being a jackass, if you want to b***h go do it on your personal blog. This is for ppl who have a ACTUAL problem, not because they feel like whining like a baby because they owe someone money. This isnt a rip off or a scam. This is someone who has not paid thier bill and is complaining because they are getting phone calls. Youre lucky its ONLY phone calls. Some businesses call your work and attempt to garnish your wages. Some like Rent a Center come to your house.
And really you should apologize to the first rebuttal. They are not the ones calling your phone. Its the ppl you owe money too. They are only doing WHAT YOU ASKED!!!! They replied to your post.

They call to hasle a client when they are late. They ask the same question twice when you are giving them id. Obviously you must think that you are the king of the credit counselors or have some kind of stellar reputation that makes you bullit proof. But I really don't give a rats a** what you think. So go f*** yourself. All I care to elaborate is that as soon as I can I will pay off the card and put that account to bed. I am tired of talking to people with foreign accents to thick that you can't understand a word that they say.

So just why are they calling you?
What stupid repetitive questions do they keep asking you?
Somehow I don't think that they are calling to just say hi. Could all of this be related to the fact that you are behind on your payments, and want them to make an exception for you for one reason or another?
