If you do one thing after considering this company it should be just giggle and know that you have been warned. If you look at all the complaints and concerns just know they are very REAL and true. Even if some of the positives were true ( and they are not!) the negatives should tell you the complete story. It is the worst ever company to represent. They have a product, you sell it and then they dont pay you commissions. They have an excuse for it everytime. The terminal doesn't support the phone line. You sell services they CANNOT provide...they keep the account and dont pay you. The appointments are very very very bad...you are better off cold calling in your neighborhood so you dont waste your time and money...trust what people are saying. If it wasn't true they would be out selling and very happy...they wouldn't waste their time because they would be making money. They are upset and for the reasons that everyone is saying...its TRUE.
They are LIARS...and Crescent makes every excuse not to pay you...they send the wrong equipment, no communication, it takes weeks for them to complete a setup of a new merchant. You WILL NOT get paid. Its a joke.
I read the reviews and understood the whole contract and the deductions. Great no problem! you will get ZERO support from them. ZERO appointments...if you do get one...the merchant was told that they are recieving a free demonstration they have no idea what you are their for...the appointments are old...set a couple of weeks ago that no one showed up to and you have to try and get in to show Terry Bradshaw...no one cares a flying F about him...He is a paid spokesman...he is a spokesman for other crap also...$29,000 or less and Terry will promote your garage sale. The company as a whole is a total waste of your time...please re read that ....you will be sorry and writing the next report on this website. If even a 10% chance that they support you in anyway occurs you might make a few hundred...but you will spend far more on gas. Far more on time and frustration. It is a serious matter DO NOT waste your resources or effort. You will be paying them to work. They have no intentions of paying you anything and without explanation or concern take commisions.
If you want to pay to work, look like a total idiot at an appointment and feel like a total peice of crap at the end of the day then go ahead...you have been warned. If you want to do an appointment and then call your support expect to be on hold then expect that you have to put the merchant on the phone with him so he can be a total a*s to the merchant and then be told go knock on some doors..because thats what you must do to have any kind of success its ok...dont let them bully you...You can sell there services without having to be made a fool of. After you seperate you can continue without there so called support..its not worth the humilation and bullying that they put you through. You will knock on a lot of doors and get lucky.Just do it around your house so you can maybe make a few dollars...but you wont. Everything that others are saying is very true and more. IT IS A HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND YOU WILL BE SORRY...DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I am being nice, I wont be so nice later expect more from me...just need some extra time to write more.
