Crescent Processing Company A total Night Mare! Beware and Stay Away! Dallas, Texas

On Tuesday, December 11th, 2012 I called Crescent Processing Company and I spoke to customer service representative
Adrian and I asked him if they had received my fax. He said yes, they did receive it at 2pm on Monday. I asked what the verdict was over the documents faxed over.  He responded and said that my services will cancel and close out it in 3 days after receiving the documents.  They received the documents Monday, so I called Friday so I can find out how to return the equipment.

I called again on Friday, December 14th, 2012 and speak to the same gentlemen.  I tell him I want to return my equipment and he tells me Oh so you want to cancel thats a 495.00 cancellation fee. I immediately respond about the documents I faxed over on Monday and he responds by I have to transfer you over to the account management department. Im furious at this point but Im calm.  They transfer me over to a woman I cannot remember her voice but this is the second time I have spoken to her in the same week.  She tells me my documents are unacceptable because the business only had a name change. I respond with the business has closed some else has leased the business space and of course theyre going to change the name of the business to something else. She was very sarcastic and rude over the phone, and I immediately requested a manager.

She agrees and transfers me over to a manager. The managers name is Jackie; the customer service representative had already explained the situation to her without my acknowledgement which I felt was very rude and unnecessary. I explained the documents that I sent over were signed off and stamped by a worker from Cleveland City Hall that clearly stated the previous business was no longer existent. At this point the manager told me she was done arguing with me and the only way I can get out of this contract is to pay the 495.00 fee or for mother to cancel out her Ohio State Barber License. Which I thought was
absolutely absurd and fraudulent practice on their behalf to scare me, and to get me to pay this cancellation fee.

I had previous issue with this company earlier in July. I had called to ask when my agreement was up with Crescent Processing and they were giving me the run around, and I did not want to tell me. The gentlemen told me I didnt have to lie if I was going to cancel to just let them know. At this time, I was not going to cancel I just really wanted to know when my contract was up and he told me July of 2013. Its very rude to get called a liar and then not got answers immediately about your services when youre paying for them.

In conclusion, the manager there did not help me at all and just made me furious with her rude and sarcastic attitude. I have also written complaints to the FTC and the Attorney General of Texas.
