I ordered the trial offer from Premium White for a very reasonable shipping rate.  I didn't realize I was entering into an ongoing contract which would cost me over $90 per month.  Now I must return the trial package at my expense for shipping package back. 

Fortunately my Visa Credit Company Fraud department contact me immediately.

Beware of PREMIUM WHITE OFFERS

I have returned my unused trial package of Premium White which I also needed to pay to insure the package for $87 and ask for proof that my package is received.  Hopefully, I'll receive my refund.  BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!  I'm out at least $10 shipping and return and hope to receive $87 refund on my FREE TRIAL "MEMBERSHIP".  This company should not be allowed to operate!!  I will be more careful of any free offers in the future.  In this case if it seemed too good to be true it was!!!
