Dino Direct Bought an idinor subscription, Dino Direct was paid promptly and never honored the payment nor made me a member Internet

In late July I purchased a membership for Dino Direct's idinor program. They received payment immediately, I however, to date, have yet to be recognized on their site as an idinor member. This company keeps sending me passive aggressive threats and I am working with a Congressman from my state, my senator as well as now the Attorney General to make sure that it is recognized across the United States that this company is fraudulent. They have been placed on a list of companies not to buy from.

I placed a complaint with Paypal and I will make sure that Paypal knows to look at this site to see how many others have filed complaints. Dino Direct contends that they cannot make a refund, however, I took pictures of their refund policy and yes, they most certainly can make a refund. I will not rest until this matter has either be heard all over the world, or I receive my refund. It would be much less of an headache for Dino Direct if they would just provide me with my refund. 

Do not buy anything from this company. They are nothing but a group of fraudsters, who practice bait and switch, and are flat out liars. Even when you try to contact their customer service, they give you the run around. When you start pointing out their own policies in regards to refunds they disconnect you. Others have tried to contact them via their online customer service and they were treated the same. We have taken pictures of that as well. 

Dino Direct, obviously, there is a problem with your customer service as well as with your company overall. Perhaps it is time to admit your wrongs, correct your wrongs, and atone for your wrongs. There are SOOOOOOOOO many complaints about this company all over the internet and the complaints come from all over the world. Hopefully someone will either get this company shut down or make them pay severe fines for their fraudulent actions against consumers.
