Dish Network is a lie!
I ordered a bundle package, they came to install then internet was not available in our area. Tried to order movies by automated system, it states can not read information for that channel. Have to speak with live operator then she says to order you will be charged $5.00.
Kept service for 9 months, call to disconnect having to pay $262 and $17 to ship each receiver back to them in Sparkenburg SC. I have never been late on one payment.
Would not recommend this company to anyone even if this is the only service available to you.

Dan B, how pathetic that you cannot be CONSUMER FRIENDLY and aide this Legitimate complaint!
Instead you do the cookie cutter response of HEY!!! Maybe we can get you for more money later on as a customer! Its disgracing and makes your business look NON ACCOMODATING to addressing the real issues!!! Ohh thats right , the real issue is the Greenbacks you need to keep things up and running.
I agree that the consumer is responsible for shipping back, I agree that the consumer has a RIGHT to be REIMBURSED if the service was NOT AVAILABLE! I agree that your company overall LOVES to have soo many legal "outs" that no consumer in their right mind could possibly get satisfaction. It took two lawyers to read over your "terms and conditions" page and site all the ( pardon my french) "BULLs5it!"
that is there. The average consumer doesn't need all these loopholes, they need and deserve QUALITY service and decent responses, not the cookie cutter one you displayed!
