The reason I have the same rights as Dred Scott is because of Buck vs Bell, the 1927 Supreme Court decision which the Epilepsy Foundation has conspired all these years to keep secret and on the books. How could the Epilepsy Foundation have a stack of lawyers on staff, raise all those millions of dollars from the steady stream of referrals they get from the Surgeon General, and not have the first clue, unless it is because the Epilepsy Foundation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Surgeon General. How sickening it is that the Surgeon General routinely refers their victims to the Epilepsy Foundation, they take in millions of dollars in donations from well-meaning people, and, because of the Epilepsy Foundation, the world is even more ignorant today than it was in 1927. If the Epilepsy Foundation is not the most evil scam in the history of the world, please explain why you never tried to bring to light the fact that Buck vs Bell is the reason for all of the troubles faced today by people who had a seizure. Send me millions of dollars from the steady stream of referrals you get from the Surgeon General and see if I can come up with something better in FIFTY YEARS than um, excuse me, could you please only handcuff me in the front instead of behind my back when I'm already blue and choking? Come on, that is completely ridiculous and transparent.
Dear Barry, According to the head of our Legal and Government Relations team, Buck v Bell was effectively overturned many years ago and that subsequent case law giving women the right to choose replaces this position on mandatory sterilization by the state. The last state laws that allowed mandatory or forced sterilization of people with epilepsy or other conditions were repealed in the 1980s, and federal courts have also said around that time that no federal funds could be used to perform involuntary sterilizations. No mandatory sterilizations have occurred for many years. The Epilepsy Foundation's legal advocacy committee was a part of the effort to overturn these laws. The Epilepsy Foundation is of course an independent charitable organization, not related to the federal government in any manner.

Skinner v. Oklahoma is often erroneously attributed for ending all compulsory sterilization in the In reality however the only types of sterilization which the ruling ended were punitive sterilizationsit did not comment on compulsory sterilization of the mentally disabled or mentally ill and was not a strict overturning of the Court's ruling in Buck vs Bell 274 U.S. 200 (1927). The head of your legal and government relations team is in error. Buck vs Bell has never been overturned. Buck vs Bell is the law of the land, cited as case law on a routine basis, an evil conspiracy of silence, as the head of your legal affairs dept. well knows. Of course they don't sterilize people anymore, that would be too obvious. They don't burn people at the stake anymore either, now they taser them, lot of progress there, huh, but I am still a legal imbecile, 'incompetent" to make decisions regarding my life and my liberty, and a "danger to society." A person who had a seizure is no more dangerous than a person who had a heart attack is, ever. Read the 1948 United Nations Declaration of Human Rights Ms. Meadows, and then tell me why you don't spend all day long every day talking about the violations of it that the Surgeon General routinely commits 24/7. If you wanted to end discrimination, you would quit asking for the right to be handcuffed and start demanding our natural right to equal treatment in public accommodations, like it says in the Civil Rights Act of 1875. How much longer does the Epilepsy Foundation think that people who had a seizure should be excluded from the Civil Rights Act of 1875?The Epilepsy Foundation is of course not an independent charitable organization, it is a branch office of the Surgeon General. Tell your legal affairs head that millions of dead people who had a seizure could explain to him the difference between "effectively " overturned and overturned, but they're dead because of you, and don't talk to me as if I am some sort of an imbecile, ok? How much longer does the Epilepsy Foundation think that the evil Buck vs Bell should be the law of the land? Would another thousand years be long enough for you, Governmental Leader? By the way, is the Epilepsy Foundation aware that there is no cure for seizures, and that a seizure is purely a PHYSICAL disorder, wholly unrelated in any way to the mind? The Epilepsy Foundation and its leaders are guilty of conspiring to commit hate crimes and conspiracy to deny human rights to a group of people based on some particularity, which is, by definition, a crime against humanity. Your Auschwitz is about to get shut down, Epilepsy Foundation.
