I walked into the dealer somewhat late in the evening so it was dark on January 15th, 2008. Since I have purchased this vehicle, I have had issues with the Green Light Auto Sales in Canoga Park. First, they sold me the Chevy Tahoe with wheel studs missing that held the tires on. The truck also had one or two lug nuts missing on each tire. When I took it back to them and told them, they told me told me that I was lying and that I took them off because they wouldn't sell a vehicle like that. After arguing about it, they said they would replace them. I go there to pick the truck up and they replaced the lug nuts with different sized nuts and they were completely sticking out and looked ridiculous. So, one tire had a few bigger lug nuts and a few small ones. Meanwhile, the rest of the tires all matched. I told them I didn't like it and I wanted them all to match. So, they started yelling out that "all they guaranteed was that the truck would be safe to drive". Three months has passed and I still haven't gotten my registration stickers. I called them and they said that I still owe them $88 for the registration (remind youif you go to any other dealer they would have everything included in the "FIXED" price). They put a clause in the contract that the registration is an "ESTIMATE". They also claimed that they sent a letter to my house in February saying that I owed them $88, which I never received in the mail. They did not even bother calling me. I have bought several cars from many dealers and have never had this problem before. The registeration was never an "ESTIMATE", it's always been a "FIXED" price everywhere else I went too. So, now I had to go back and pay them another $88. They didn't bother telling me that it was an estimate when I was signing the paper work. They were trying to rush me so that I wouldn't read any of the paperwork and you can tell that they wanted me out of there. This place is such a scam and the DMV needs to know what they are doing as well. I suggest that no one ever goes there, I will spread the words about this place.
