Called today 10/27 and was told computers are still down! Insisted on talking to supervisor again but he was of no help. His name (he says) is Jay Jimenez. He took my order # and said he would see what he could do. I told him I would take action in reporting them and expected to call on Monday 11/3 to find out if I have been refunded. Based on other complaints, I don't expect any action.
