Does your business have a bad reputation?
Fix it the right way.
Corporate Advocacy Program™
I originally called Dell and was transferred to IYOGI without knowing it.
I called to have an icon placed on my taskbar; very simple fix.
But IYOGI spent two days and over 15hours on the phone with me informing me of 159 critical errors.
I should have stuck with my gut, because I had a Norton Representative check my system remotely that very morning and they found No Problems.
IYOGI, after remotely accessing my computer without telling me what they were doing, stated that if I did not purchase the support they would remove all their software (which I never asked for because they LIED) and ALL MY INFORMATION ON THE HARD-DRIVE WOULD BE LOST!!
IYOGI then charged me $199.99 because they claimed they fixed everything.
BUT, the icon never appeared on the task bar and the keyboard would not work.
I called Norton back and they told me that IYOGI had install malicious tracking software on my computer INCLUDING A REMOTE ACCESS KEYBOARD SO THEY COULD STEAL MY INFORMATION!!
IYOGI WILL STILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY AND THEY INSTALL SPYWARE ON MY COMPUTER!!
Also IYOGI staff were rude, threatening, demeaning to Americans and they flat out lied and install spyware on my computer!
I called Norton back who resolved any security issues.
NEVER USE IYOGI!!!
They plant false positive information about themselves on the internet.
THEY WAY TO STRIKE BACK IS TO WRITER LETTERS TO DELL CORPORATIO, TO WALMART AND ALL OTHER COMPANIES THAT USE IYOGI.
IYOGI IS SCAM
IYOGI IS FRAUD

Search TipsTHEY ARE NOT PAID OR WORK FOR MOST OF THE COMPANIES YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.
They buy ad space from search engines like google and most others. they list all pc related co's as flags for their ads. when you search for or even go to a site looking for help from xyz their customized ad will be on the page as CLICK HERE FOR HELP WITH YOUR XYZ . or something similar. you think it is the co you are looking for but in fact you are clicking on an ad link.
they trade on the ignorance of this arcane loop hole to hook most of their customers. As an IT engineer i have run into this many times while attempting to reach support for customers.
the best way to protect yousrelf is to use the contact us link and request a customer service rep contact you. and then very clearly ask that person to verify they are an employee of xyz and not a third party. these companies make their money doing what most 6th graders can do. And if it is anything more they hook you into onsite service and then send out an entry level tech ( the same 6th grader but older and has fixed his own pc a few times. on the rare occaision they are willing to pay a real IT pro to come out. they do everything they can to stiff the tech.
