This is the worst experience I ever had with an auto insurance. These guys are crooks and will make you pay half of your vehicle repair cost. They will chop your claim to their convenience an their only objective is to make you feel they are doing you a big favor and that you just have to get resigned to their will.

I've been dealing with an a**...le named Frank Griffin who will never let me speak a complete phrase on the phone when I called to observe the way my claim was being handled. This incompetent adjuster chopped down part of my claim saying there were two separate claims when reality is ther is only one event and one claim. They are not answering the phone anymore, just because they want to make you feel you have no other choice but to accept their wrongful decisions I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and the California State Insurance Department.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
