The Company Owner, in his rebuttal says he has no problem refunding this client... "All the client ever had to do was just contact us." And, "We were never contacted by this client to even get the opportunity to resolve this matter."

From my experience so far I'd say, small wonder.

I will gladly report it if this company does contact me and resolve the matter - refund my money.
