Silly me for not researching.
Trial ordered 2/2/08. Never received. Tried repeatedly to contact. Either phone call would not go through or on hold for an average of 40 minutes, then phone would disconnect. Got a real person finally on 2/27/08. In the meantime I had been charged $79 for an automatic shipment. They supposedly cancelled my "membership" at this time and reported my missing trial product. 3/7/08, still no trial product or automatic shipment product received. Called again. Was on hold for 35 minutes, asked to speak to a supervisor, got disconnected. Called back, asked for the same thing, put on hold for 30 minutes Was spoken to by a supervisor allegedly named Michelle Albright. Previous service rep. never noted in my file that I hadn't received the trial shipment. Was told to give them 2 days to trace the shipment and to email her directly daily on its status. Email for first two days were unanswered, next 6 days emails were returned as undeliverable. Called back 3/15/08. On hold 45 minutes. Was told that there was indeed a real person named Michelle Albright and they would put me on hold as she was busy with another customer. Checked back twice to tell me she would be right with me, then guess what? Disconnected yet again.
Still no trial product, still no automatic shipment product, $79 poorer and the website for the product seems to have disappeared! What a shame that Josh Bezoni is allowed to rob people $79 at a time! Perhaps Entrepreneur Magazine and Oprah should have done a little more research into how he made his millions before they recognized him. Silly me for letting down my guard once. Stop this thief!
