Lighting & Maintenance Solutions Tried to pull a fast one and it's obvious that's their daily routine Towson Maryland

 One of our employees found what he thought was a great deal online for some lighting equipment. Total with shipping, $92. But when we got the bill, it was for $592. I called the company several times and only reached an "answering service",...during the middle of the day?? After being hung up on twice while explaining the billing issue, I googled the company to find a better phone number, and instead found several complaints on them over the same issue I was experiencing. They are scam artists. So I called back the "answering service" and told them to call me back within five minutes or I was not even going to pay the $92. I quickly got a call back and the lady - cannot remember her name - did not care that I was upset that they tried to add some mythical $500 "Ten year warranty" - she just wanted to make sure they could get the $92. I said fine, but that I was going to tell our other businesses never to do business with them again. Strangly, she was fine with that, just wanted to get off the phone ASAP. When I asked her why they would add a "warranty" we did not ask for, she found a way not to answer that, and again wanted off the phone ASAP. She refaxed an invoice for $92.
