Magicjack Bad Service Magicjack doesn't work, Ripped off for amount on refund after many months ? Internet

I ordered 2 Magicjacks and the platinum service plan. The device would not work. I spoke to three levels of customer service and they could not get the device to work. I spent hours (around 6 total) trying everything to get the device to work.

I finally requested a refund and after jumping through all of their hoops, I was told that the RMA was late. I have a notarized statement from UPS showing that this is false that the package was delivered on time.

I also discovered that Magicjack charged my credit card before the trial period was up. I paid over $150.00 for the devices and after months of waiting and repeated online tech support sessions I was finally refunded $106.85.

Do Not purchase Magicjack. It doesn't work. It comes with very bad tech support. It comes with no-integrity to the companies word. They lie, they steal, they waste your time and your monies.
