Merchant Services Direct Sales Rep. lied about charges and service, fees and charges hidden in very small print in contract, company removes money from your account without auhorization. Centennial, Colorado

Company sales rep. said they were a direct link to the Credit Card Companies and that is why they can save you money. When asked point blank if there were any fees involved other than a small monthly fee ($10.95) he said there would be none.  This was repeated several times during the conversation.  When going over the contract he deliberately glossed over the small print about other charges claiming it was about money laundering and terrorist funding (which was in the first part of a lengthy section of small print)  Turns out the company charges an outrageous minimum monthly charge and keeps adding additional charges which are the cost of doing business.  In addition when you call up to complain about the charges and tell them you no longer want the service they advise you that they are going to charge you a $350 cancellation fee.  The original sales rep would not return any calls and the company representative only makes more promises about what the will do in the future if you do not cancel but will not let you cancel without the fee.  Total rip off and they know it
