Amsouth Mortgage sold my mortgage to Midland Mortgage company about 8 or 9 years olds ago give take fews years but it has been hell these last two are three years I got in bad shape when lost my job and had to file chapter 13 midland as been givig me trouble 1st they try to get out of the stay. my house was 75,000 and my bal is 30,000 and they try say that my equity is important they want out. Judge stopped that so every 8 or 9 month we are in court they said I behind on my note they hold my payment for 3 to 4 month before they cash them just in February 2006 they said that I had made 2 payment from August to January claim I owe about $1900.00 behind. I had proof for the court and Judge dismissed there case for relief from stay now they back again June 2006 and they claim I am $3000.00 behind and that no payment has been made since March. March, April and May payment all payed on my account in May but May payment paid before March. I couldnt understand why I was beig hassle so now that I no there are other people going throught the same thing it make me feel a little better and now I want something done about Midland so if anyone go any suggestation I'll listening
