I used my debit card to make a long distance phone call that lasted no more than a minute twenty seconds being that all i did was leave a very short voice message. I went over my bank statement and realized i was charged 25.41, how crazy is this. I called customer service they offered me a first time user discount which meant a voice mail that lasted for seconds only, costed me 13.47. This company should be ashamed i don't see how they get by with it or how they are still in business.
