I have been reported so many time by Miiverse Administrators that I feel were in violation of my Freedom of Speech. My latest concern though was that I had three comments that were deleted they claimed was included criminal activity. I was talking to someone about the website Vizzed.com and the number of games they could play. Because Nintendo is offended by the words "emulators" and "hacked" you can't mention anything about it on Miiverse. Vizzed.com is a legal site that allows you to play games off of their site only using their emulators. They do not charge you for the games, but to keep the site running you can donate to the page. The recieved their domain name from Go Daddy.com and have been running their site since 1998. I was accused of criminal activity all because of this site. I do believe that their Code of Conducts is in direct violation on many user rights as well that I have experienced and have told them countless of time. They don't believe they are doing anything wrong.

Hypocrite - Part 2

AUTHOR: Robert - ()

POSTED: Thursday, September 25, 2014

I don't see anywhere in the constitution where anyone has the right to judge anyone or accuse them of criminal activity!

- You are so CLUELESS on what you think you know you don't even know you are doing the exact same thing.  So again..you can't have it both ways..you can't on one hand "accuse" someone of committing a crime and on the other hand say that someone doesn't have the right to do the same thing.

Oh..and yes when you say that the administrators are violating your "free speech rights" you are accusing them of a crime.  Well that is unless you are finally going to admit that you were wrong and as the real knowlegeable people who are telling you this are right.

Very well, I will stick by my claim since I'm the only one that believes in his rights. I don't care where the site is from I still have my right to fight against it because I can get it here in the states and might rights do count whether the government claims it or not. I have the right to claim defimation as I have been accuse of criminal activity when I didn't commit no crime.

So while you MAY have read the constitution at some point in your life, you have FAILED to understand that YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS!!! I will break it down for you. Nintendo is a JAPANESE company. As such, their servers are located in JAPAN, a place I might add that YOU DO NOT HAVE THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!! Since ALL legal issues would be under Japans jurisdiction, any rights you have are ONLY the rights that Nintendo gives you. As such since Nintendo runs the server and game, THEY have 100% right to determine WHAT is posted on THEIR website. YOUR rights DO NOT factor into the terms and conditions YOU AGREED TO!!!! YOU are utterly CLUELESS and truly need to take that civics class again. Or have you forgotten that the entire world IS NOT America?? Just because the WEB gives you the chance to interact with people from other countries doesn't mean YOU RIGHTS extend to ANY situation JUST because YOU are an American. YOUR RIGHTS are ONLY available to YOU in the good ole USA!!! YOUR first amendment rights protect YOU from governmental intrusion. It IS NOT a right in other countries!! Its no different then if you went and physically entered these countries. You would be subject to THOSE laws and NOT the rights you have as an American Citizen. YOU would only have the rights that the country YOU are visiting allows. This is no different. What amazes me is the assumptions that YOU have made. What all this tells me is that YOU DID NOT READ!!!!! You clicked I agree and went on with your day. YOU have assumed that since YOU are in the US YOU are protected on a website in Japan. YOU can sit there and whine about your rights, but lets face it, YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE!!!! Heres a thought.....just FOLLOW THE RULES and you have nothing to worry about. I can understand WHY Nintendo has censored you. YOU are talking about a form of theft. Emulaters and hacking are forms of digital theft. To YOU its nothing but a way to play older games, to THEM its speech that promotes copyright infringement and digital content THEFT. So instead of trying to play the victim when you have done something WRONG, how about some understanding and comprehension. YOU screwed up by mentioning something THEY don't want YOU to discuss on THEIR website. Get over it. Its THEIR right and THEIR right superceeds YOURS in this instance.

You have shown your true colors and ignorance.

You can't complain because someone is violating what you think are your Free Speech "rights".  But then as soon as someone says something you don't agree with tell that person that they have no "right" to tell you otherwise.

Oh and yes the other poster was 100% correct.  if you want to spout what ever nonsense you want then go out and purchase your own web sites, make up your own rules and spout away.

"I have been reported so many time by Miiverse Administrators that I feel were in violation of my Freedom of Speech."

Maybe you should stop playing games long enough to pick up a book.  Then you might not come off looking so clueless.   The First Amendment guarantees the the government cannot abridge your lawful speech.     Last time I checked, Nintendo was not a government.

"I do believe that their Code of Conducts is in direct violation on many user rights as well that I have experienced and have told them countless of time. They don't believe they are doing anything wrong."

They're not doing anything wrong.  What "user rights" are you referring to?   Would this be something you just made up?    Put very simply, Nintendo owns the servers you post on.  As such, they make all the rules and you have no rights to post anything that they object to.   You are free to exercise your true "Freedom of Speech" by buying your own servers and posting anything you want on them.
