My Wife and I had placed an order on Nomorerack.com o Dec 2013. Immediately following a communication error between PayPal and Nomorerack,  Nomorerack emailed us to advise hey had to cancel our order.  In the same email we received, Nomorerack advised us that if we still wanted to items to simply go back to their website and reorder them.  Because of this inconvenience, we immediately called but they were not available to take our call. 

So we decide to reply to them to let them know we did not want those items anymore.  Not only did they purposely ignore our request, but Nomorerack decided to go ahead and ship them and then charged our PayPal account without our consent.  We repeatedly attempted to contact them via phone but their message stated due to the busy holiday we needed to email them with our inquirie or concerns.  We did on numerous times and have all the emails and Facebook correspondence between us and their customer serivice reps. 

To this day, not only do they still do not pick up a phone line but they are refusing to accept they have charged our account and shipped items we dd not order.  We've explaind to Nomorrack in numerous emails and Facebook messages that the minute this company decided to cancel our order and asked us to go back and re order them, they had no rights to rip us off by doing so without our consent. 

I have become so angry, frustratred, and extremely disatisfied with the way they have decided to ignore us hoping we would simply go away.  They are finding out we are not gong to go away.  I have contacted all of my Facebook friends and the friends to let them know Nomorerack is a fraud for a company.  Please make sure you don't make the same mistake we did shopping on their website.  Stay Away and tell your family and friends.   Ultimate my wife and I will get our money back and I have informed Nomorerack that we will never ever ever do any purchases from them nor will our families and friends.
