I placed an order with Northwest Glass Art on Sunday 3/26/06 at 11:39pm. My order number is 10842. i purchased inside out bubbler for $110 plus 26 dollars for express overnight shipping.
I recieved a comfirmation email on sunday and a shipped email on monday but without a tracking number. I sent emails through their contact us link on the site, which is the only real way to contact them, but receieved no response. It is now Friday 3/31/06 and i have sent probably 12+ emails not only asking for a tracking number but now a response.
I talked to my bank and found out that there was a phone number attached to the online transaction but when i call it, no one answers and goes to voicemail which makes no mention of northwest glass art.
It's a shame that i had to come here and post but if they had be even 10% more professional and 50% more honest i think they could turn a nice profit with the products they have. Unfortunately since this is the route they choose i will be taking legal action today unless i am otherwise contacted by NWGA.
Some people may be satisfied recieving their package 2 months but not I. Im sure there is another company that would love to accept my money and show me the highest lvl of customer service that we deserve.

Just like everyone else as soon as i post on here about their dealings i recieve an email saying, "I apologize, I was waiting on these, which ironically came in today...I will cancel your order and issue a refund." Yea i bet that's what happened... Why did you send me an email saying my order has shipped if you didnt even have in your possession the item you were supposedly selling me.
I also have recieved an email saying that my purchase price has been refunded to my account...I will believe it when i see it... but untill then stay as far away from this company as possible.
So what is the deal with all of the reviews on their website? There is 5 pages of complaints for this company and not one of those reviews is less than 4 stars...sounds fabricated to me.
Well hope you guys have better luck with them. If you are still fighting the notorious "Greg" i suggest filling a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Washington... I think that gets the ball rolling a little quicker if you know what i mean.

I also filed a complaint with the Washington State Office of Attorney General so Hopefully that provides a little incentive to get this matter resolved...
