OFFICE DEPOT ripoff OFFICE DEPOT upc photo copy LAKE CHARLES Louisiana

I purchased a HP computer bundle with rebates for $300 from HP & Office Depot. i got the HP rebates no problem, then i get a letter from Office Depot telling me they did not get the UPC code or a copy of the upc code on the printer that came with the bundle.

My mistake was sending the copy of the montor (an upgrade) and printer upc codes on one sheet of paper, they were both there and the computer upc copy on another sheet. I called the rebate center and got a very helpful person who sent me directly to a supervisor LORIE who was so rude and unwilling to listen, help, answer any questions, or give me info on how to get them to take a closer look at the rebate forms I had sent in she ended up completely talking over me (by this i mean she talk the whole time I was asking her questions refusing to listen)

When I ask to speak to some one else she flatly said NO. So I asked her name so I could make a complaint with customer service, she said only her first name and i ask her how the company would know which person I was complaining about she basicly told me they would have to find her. She then hung up on me.

I am trying to find my copy of the upc codes with out much success We have papers and forms everywhere because of the hurricane, I may not be able to find them in time. So if a rebate sounds like a good deal I think I will pass and I will also pass on purchaseing from office depot
