Ocwen Preditory company; uncaring, unresponsive. Could care less for your needs West Palm Beach Florida

 During the 7 months since Ocwen has acquired the servicing rights to our mortgage they have continued to fail to account for the loan payments. They have never given credit for the March payment which was made to the previous server. They apply the April payment to the March billing and add late charges. They apply the May payment to the April billing and the June to the May, etc. We have shown evidence by mail, certified mail and fax many times. The research department studies for 3 or 4 weeks and claims they are right. Now we have paid off the loan balance and demanded a release of the lein. The saga continues. We speak almost daily with one department or another, customer service, research, and the Omnibusman. The only thing that is consistent is that they are  all different each time I call, never getting the same customer service person and they are all difficult to understand. Supervisors are no different. They are trained to say I understand and I am sorry and some even recommend that you write your concerns down - which we've done numerous times and sent them in. We have the house paid off. We get nowhere with getting the lein released and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it.  Homeward was the previous server and now they will not communicate with us because they are no longer affiliated with the loan. We had nothing to do with the change. We are in a bind - they surely will add late fees on the month that they argue was never paid (although we've proved over and over that we did in certified letters). We owe them nothing, this should be over. We paid it off strictly to be done with Ocwen and here we are - we will never be done with them unless there is some class action suit. We want to be a part of it.  Sincerely.
