Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
People PC are rip off artists. They train their workers to act like they know nothing and hear nothing. I cancelled with this company 4 times and each time I had to call them again to cancel. Each time they acted like I never cancelled. They took money from my account for over a year. I now have that debt to repay. Thanks People PC for taking food from my childrens mouths. I'm a single mom who gets no help from anywhere in helping raise my kids.

You do not provide enough information in your "complaint." First, are/were you bound by a contract? If so - you may not be able to cancel your account until the terms of said contract are fulfilled.
Secondly, if this is truly a "rip off," then you should be able to recoup the amount by disputing the charge with your credit card company.
Thirdly, if having internet access means that you are not able to feed your children, then perhaps you should go without internet access!
