This company did nothing to improve my tax liability.
The lady that signed me up never contacted me after our initial conversation.
I negotiated my own monthly payments with the IRS. The company did not lower
and/or settle my balance. I am still trying to pay off the credit card I used to pay them. I truly
believed they were the answer to my tax situation. They were not ;(
