Jared does seem to care about the horses. he has run off almost all the other boarders and and made the price up to $350 way too high for just pasture board! Jared foesnt bring the horses in at night. I rarely see him there and he isnt the most social guy in the world. he horses are inconsistantly fed, pastures arnt clean water buckets need to be scrubed and needs to have a more friendly social envoronment, he just comes in and demands things. I adore the facility its beautiful and easy to go to and tons of trails and a wonderful indoor also has a wonderful shop! Jared is not managing well and he should do a better job and care more or leave. He is ruining that stable. I'm not posting this to scare anyone away I just think something needs to change. -no longer a boarder and would like to return someday without all this mess. Sorry I had to do this.
