A few months ago I stated to watch Shop NBC the product they showed looked good and the deals looked good. So on the 28th i saw a DVD mini Camcorder, it came with a bag and 50 DVDs. Also the cost was 399.99 plus a 50 rebate and it came with six month deferred payment plan. Well I don't like to talk on the phone so I used the web site. Big mistake when I ordered it I entered an incomplete address. When the item was received at the local UPS depot they returned it to the shipper (even thou my phone number was on the box). I Called ShopNbc to get them to ship the camcorder to the correct address and their response was they can't they have to reorder it and that I am not able to get the six month deferred payment plan also the 50 dollar rebate. They wanted me to talk to the credit card company. I feel that if a company like their custmers they would do any thing to keep them. They would not pudge to help me.

In the post this person states that instead of talking to a rep he goes it alone on the website and somehow manages to mess up his own address. Here is a simple fact about shopNBC: Once an order is established, we cannot change the shipping address. Nor will we contact a shipper to have it rerouted due to security reasons. As for the rebate and deferred payment terms, those are always offered in limited time frames. If this customer had wanted to reorder and the rebate is no longer being offered, that is hardly our fault. All of this stems from the fact that, through no fault of ours, this person messed up his own address. It's not that we won't 'pudge(?)' to help him, it is that as customer service reps we are unable to change these factors. We cannot give someone a rebate if it is no longer being offered. simple.
