I called and cancelled my coffe shipments at Smiles Coffee. I explained that I had been taken off coffee because of CANCER. The customer representative said she would stop the shipment that was to be shipped that day or the next. I received the shipment anyway!

Called 3 times and was disconnected. On the 4th time I got a person, after waiting 15 minutes. I was told I could NOT return the shipment that they were suppose to stop.

After reading the other rip-offs from this company I am going to report them to VISA! Do NOT ever start these coffee shipments!

I was ripped off two and name and CC Number sold to other company's the other company's so far corrected the billing I'm waiting for the same Mr Calderone.
