I have written 3 emails to Aurora to cancel my order once I placed an initial inquiry to the stocking of my product. I was not notified in anyway this product was not in stock. In my order placement, I stipulated when I would need the product and even paid for 1-2 mail ($35) to receive the product in time. I did not receive any return emails back but only in the case when I emailed her to find out when I would receive it. HOWEVER, she only replied to my first email. The subsequent 3 emails she has not replied.
Her website indicates no where that my product is "out of stock" and I believe this is a buyer beware scam for customers to purchase products that she NEVER had "in-stock". Why would I want to pay for 1-2 day mail on a product I am unsure would be in stock and mailed??? While I was aware of the cancellation policy, I was not foretold this product was not in stock. She is out of touch with her customers and out of touch with true customer service. She does not accept phone calls and does not have sultry hair listed in the town which is noted. The address is only noted under her name and not the business. She leaves no room for customer satisfaction and does not address the needs of her clientele timely. If this is the case, staffing and business practices need to be reviewed. I would advise using other reputable distributors.

Dear Aurora,
I have not received your product and my bank has since disputed the charges since you have never responded to my emails. It has been 2 months and accept the fact you have poor business practices. ONCE AGAIN I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT. AND, ONCE AGAIN YOU STILL HAVE NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS!

(1) My product was not shipped within 7 days as your website policy states. Shipped on 10/25/07 constitues 9 business days.
(2) AURORA NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS.
(3) Her response is incorrect because I never received the package since my doorman was advise for a Return to Sender on the package and now she is advising it is considered an unauthorized package. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission on this.
A reminder on your policies since my product was not mailed within 7 days and the charge for 2 day delivery ($35) that I paid for should not count.

While we always attempt to maintain a substantial in-stock quantity for all of our products, it is possible that we may have less in-stock quantity for a particular item than you want to order. Most out of stock items are shipped within approx. 7 business days*.
