I got nailed by these guys too, very similar to other reports on here on them. I went to my bank and canceled my acct, changed numbers.

A little tip which I found out from calling one of their 'affiliates' that they refer you to on their lame phone system. Press ## and it will take you to an operator!

The guy that answered claimed he was from a service that answers calls for the company, didnt actually work for them. He told me that my $149 would be refunded to me, as soon as they actually received the funds it would be credited back to my acct. We will see if it actually happens.

I was told I would have over a week to cancel after I received my paperwork, they mailed it from Florida on the 19th, with a date of Oct 21 to call and cancel. I received it on the 22nd the same day they took the funds out of my acct.

I am filing fraud paperwork with Bank of America, changed my account numbers, and BOA was great about it if it gets credited to my old acct they will transfer the funds to my new acct but no more charges to the old one.

Be proactive! Its a pain, but do NOT let them fool you into thinking you need that account open on the 'chance' that you may get your money back, go to your bank and protect yourselves.

I'm all for a class action lawsuit if I don't get my money back, anyone know a good lawyer?
