We had them plan a trip to Australia for us and it was MUCH MUCH more than we could get thru a regular travel agent plus we would have to do all the paper work to even get a commission MAYBE. Needless to say we did not use them for this trip.
The only use we ever got from this agency was an airline ticket to Las Vegas at a lesser rate than we could get them otherwise. We scheduled the trip to Vegas at different times over a year and never received a confirmation from them nor any other trip.
This is really a RIP-OFF company and I feel this money should be refunded.

Way to go Texas

I am sorry to hear that not all the money is being returned. Mr Donald Eastervalt "Jr" should be paying out of his own pocket. And a few of his other slim balls. These so called officers of this slim ball company makes big bucks and I do mean big buck.
They can walk away with bucks in their pockets, when everyone else just walks away. Before Sept 11 Travelbridge was having problems, they blamed all of their problems on Sep 11.
This company took 20% of most of their employees away. Its a cut across the board, If you believe that one I have some swamp land in AZ to sell you.
They even rip off their devoted employees. To get their pay back they have to work allot harder and produce more, and even then no promises. The only ones that did not take a pay cut was the Big Slim Balls.
They have Muti million dollars home, and big cars, and large Credit card bills to pay for. I am still glad that they have to pay back some of the money, but they should be paying allot more.

You can still sue Travelbridge in small claims court for up to $5000 in damages if you feel deception was used to entice you to sign a contract. I am doing so. The Houston Office is in Harris County Precinct 4. The phone number is 281-446-7191. Call and request a petition form. The cost is $65 to file and have papers served. If you think you were wronged I would encourage you to file the lawsuit. It is not that difficult and it is probably the only way you will get your money back.
Channel 13 has also called me and is planning a story on Travelbridge soon.
I'm also looking to build support to set up some informational pickets near Travelbridges office. Contact me at mevert@cprk.com if you are interested or have other questions.
