Turnberry Homes based in Nashville, TN, failed to disclose a drainage ditch on our intended property in Waxhaw, NC. We were suppose to move into our home based on a relocation from out of state. Turnberry Homes purchased Lillian Floyd Homes in the Charlotte, NC region. We were not the only homeowners affected negatively by Turnberry but have felt that we needed to respond to this. After hiring a real estate attorney, paying for additional months of storage, living an additional 6 months in temporary living we never got satisfaction from the company. This was our only way to make sure that somewhere it was documented that they treated us poorly. If not for us than for others who are moving to the Charlotte or surrounding areas and are considering Turnberry for their housing choice.
