United Equitable is absolutely the worst ever. They are not only thieves but rather unprofessional in their theft. If someone back off onto to you, and you were not in motion, it is your fault per equitable that you were in the street at the moment in that place. Because had you stayed home, their client backing in wrong way in one way street and without clearing their back would have not resulted in accident. So basically anytime you are involved in accident that equitable is a party, expect this kind of none sense. I am taking mine to court, because i can't tolerate none-sense. But figured to warn the honest consumers that stay away from united equitable insurance as client and as third party, trust me you would be amazed. check with most collision shops, they will not give you an estimate the minute they find out equitable is any where near the estimate. Although equitable have no intention of paying from first place.
