My wife worked at the offices in Utah.

She claimed that the entire 1st page when you searched either CastleRock Security or APX Alarm Services, would pull up a solid page of Rip Off Reports.

They paid for all these SEO companies to move the reports down, but after spending $50K they learned the only way to hide from all the past transgressions, was to change the company name.
