Everyone has their storys of woa.  Just two years ago; the company my husband worked for over ten years shut down (It took a year for him to find another job), my brother died at the age of 44, my daughter was hospitized and found to have a debilitating disability that would be with her the rest of her life, and I too lost my job when the company I was working for shut its doors (I have yet to find another job).

I suffered a well deserved nervous breakdown.  My husband worked and managed the bills and I just managed.  After  some time and the right medication I have started to feel more myself and as I had before I took over the bills of the house.  October of 2011 the east coast had a huge early winter storm and our home was hit with surrounding trees.  We were out of power for 11 days and I did miss a payment but I did call them as soon as power was restored to make the payment and spoke with the Customer Service who was understanding and said they would defer the payment to the end of the loan.

I was relieved as we really needed the money to put food back into the house.  I did miss a payment in Feb. but doubled the payment the following month and now I am still two months behind?  We recieved a "Rights of Defaulting Buyer under ** ect)  I called customer service to find out why and not so suprisingly was treated poorly.  The man (Customer Service Supervisor) was extreemly unprofessional to put it nicely.

He said i missed my payment ( the one that I thought was defered).  Though I asked and I would not recieve an answer.   My questions were evaded and I was made fun of.   I tried to explain to the man I have a stutter but he kept talking over me and wouldnt let me answer his question about payment as he continued to evade my question.  Then he hit a phone key.  I still have a ringing in my ear.

He hung up on me.  I am calling my payment(s) in today although I do have 13 more days to pay but I have a feeling I am about to get screwed.  As always get everything in writing and do not trust this company. Do yourself a favor keep a close eye on the business you hold with this company or get your loan(s) elsewhere.  It is our hard earned money, our business that keeps his unworthy backside employeed.
