Wholesale Factory Whosalefactoryshop.com shipped counterfeit Otterbox Defender Case Rye, New York

I ordered an Otterbox Defender case from Wholesale factory shop on Nov 24 2012 and received an automated confirmation on Nov 25 with my order number.

On Dec 6 via their link I was sent a was tracking link via USPS. The link showed that electronic information was received.

On Dec 17 the item was accepted at USPS facility in NY.

On Dec 18 it left USPS sort facility in NY and arrived at Santa Barbara post office on Dec 24.

On Dec 26 I received the item  at my po box.

The item arrived in an envelope with the address label taped to the envelope.  The item came with no instructions. The item did not come with the belt clip holster as  advertised on the web page. 

The protective sheet cover that first layer of protection for the phone looks like a plastic film cover and it is full of air bubbles,and the edge of one corner is pulled up.

After trying to fit this case on my phone I found it did not fit properly. I looked at some video on Amazon and a few other sites only to discovered that the case is counterfeit.

I have written them a email and have not received a respone as of today eventhough they say their response is within 48 hours. I sent the email on Dec 27.
