We rented a pontoon boat for 3 days from Al's Marine. We returned the pontoon with a full tank of gas. A week after the rental we received a charge on our credit card for additional gas plus a $25 surcharge. I know we returned the tank full but they claim it wasn't and didn't care to investigate the matter. (They close the business early so when you drop off the boat there is nobody to check it in and verify the gas level.) Essentially they had all the leverage over us since we were out of town tourists and they had our credit card number to add the additional charges after we left. Poor service, bad attitudes and now excessive charges.
