Appslodge, Ghufran, Eddie Sanchez, Sean Durrani Took my money, never gave me a finished product or source code and will not call me or e-mail me back!! Houston Texas

In February of 2014, I researched and found a company named Trileum to create a phone application and web page.  After making significant payments, I would see some progress on the application and delat with Eddie Sanchez and Ghufran.  The timeline and contract stated this porject would take a maximum of 6 months.  Well about 4 months into the project I was notified that Trileum had been taken over by Appslodge but the employees were the same and the transition would be seemless. 

This was far from the truth as I began to have to explain my application idea all over agian and having to explain the costs already paid and the total agreed upon proviously.  This go around I dealt with Ambrose, Eddie, and Ghufran who all assured me this was a priority for them to complete the task to my liking.  I was starting to see progress with the application and was sent a link to test the application out.  The only item missing was the data input for the application which has now been over a year in the works.  I have tried to call numerous times and e-amil Ghufran or Eddie and I have now received no responses.  At first I'd get an email staing its taking sometime or some excuse.  

I am now left with nothing to show for the $30,000+ I Have paid and can not get a call back from anyone in this company.  It has been over two weeks since I requested to talk with someone and I have received nothing.  My contract I have with them clearly states I can get a refund if everything is not met to my standards and at this point I will be escalating this as high as I can, ensuring everyone knows not to do business with Appslodge, and looking for the best lawyer to get my money back.  I have sufficient documentation of every transaction, e-mail., discussion of all matters taht show how they do business and have no regard for their clients.  All I wanted was my application and website to come to life and what I got was ripped off.  Please do your research and do not make the same mistake I made when hiring someone to develop your application.
