AppsLodge / Avenue Social What a nightmare!!! Houston Texas

If you are interested in creating a mobile application, DO NOT USE APPSLODGE! This nightmare began with AvenueSocial. For those of you involved in this industry, I'm sure you are familiar with that horrible organization. Luckily for the world, they went bankrupt. They decided to move/sell/transfer my project over to AppsLodge, a Houston-based development firm. How did this happen? Well, I received an email from Avenue Social explaining the bankruptcy. They also stated that if I wanted my source codes and graphics, they would give them to me. I was okay with that. Ghufran, my project manager at the time (the 3rd one) assured me that once he moved to AppsLodge from AvenueSocial, that all of my needs would be met. However, that was not the case. 

My application was supposed to be completed in a matter of months with AvenueSocial. It had already been over a year. Thus, I explained to AppsLodge that they are now resposible, and some sort of consideration should be given considering the investors and time lost. A discount on the invoice maybe? An extra feature maybe? AppsLodge decided to argue with me about this matter. I told them that I would be taking legal action. The CEO of the company (Shawn or Ryan ??? / Nobody know his name at his own office) screamed and used profanity towards me. 

So, in conclusion, this company is no different from AvenueSocial in my eyes. They won't be in business very long with a CEO like that.
