Cutting the U.S. government by 80% and eliminating Wall Street altogether would be a good idea too. The U.S. government and Wall Street are the main reasons that there are so many problems in the USA and all over the world, in my opinion. They both serve and protect the Central banks in the USA and in Europe. Maybe future generations will be able to look back and understand that any society based on 'debt' was eventually destined to fail.
