Bare Escentuals sells great products I have used for over a decade. I have always purchased at physical stores, and recently ordered online.

Big mistake!

I was charged promptly...the order was processed 4 to 5 days later. (Disappointed, but not completely unacceptable.) I wait and wait...no product received. The tracking on my item shows NO activity for the past week.Okay, it's December...shipping could have lost my package...I still give the company the benefit of the doubt.

My customer support options on the website are email and phone contacts. 3 emails have gone unanswered. Phone lines are a joke as you cannot get a rep and are treated to nonstop recorded commercials instead. I have been trying to get a rep for 3 days.

I'm out $23.00.

Beware...Bare Escentuals online website really falls down on it's customer support.
