Bernard Haldane and Associates theft by deception ripoff artists fraud South Bend Indiana

During my recent career search, I sent my resume unknowingly to a company called Bernard Haldane and Associates. I was called in for what I was led to believe was a job interview. When I arrived, I was taken to the office of Joe Alynski, where I was given a sales pitch for the company, which promised a hidden market for thousands of open positions not posted in newspapers or on the Internet.

All I had to do was pay them $5000.00 + up front, and go through the Haldane Process and they would use their resources to place me into interviews and eventually a job, which was promised to me to be between fifty and ninety thousand dollars per year, more than two hundred percent more than what I was currently making. I asked Joe during the interview Will you find me a job? and he replied Absolutly, that's what we do.

Needless to say, I fell victim to the pitch and entered the Haldane Process. After 8-10 meetings, and four months in the program, I have discovered that there is no Hidden Job Market, and that my career counselor is no longer, or never was, working to find me employment.

I went to Joe Alynski, the salesperson to the South Bend BHA office, and Joe Butzer, my personal career counselor at BHA, and asked for a full refund for services not rendered, and they refused my request. I made Mr. Alynski aware of my intentions to contact The Better Business Bureau, The Attorney General, and National Fraud Information Center. His response was care free, and included statements of being a member of The Better Business Bureau, and that he knew Attorney General Carter on a personal level and none of these actions would be a problem for BHA to handle.

I have retained a lawyer to fight this scam, and am putting together a website to report all of my activities to my fellow victims so that you will know what and what not to do if you choose to fight this. I hope it will be up and running within a week with downloadable letters to every states attorney in the states that BHA operates out of, including BBB addresses and other resources.
