BetterHelp.com They scammed $180 from me! Sunnyvale California
*UPDATE Employee: We're happy to help with any billing concerns!
*REBUTTAL Individual responds: Betterhelp is devils advocate to rip peoples money
This is a sad scam. They are preying on those who are in need and making money off of them. I signed up with an account. I talked with a counselor but she didn't tell me anything I already knew. There wasn't a moment after the trial ended that I used that app again. They wouldn't even let me send another message without entering my card info the first time. So yes they have my card information. After the trial days were up, they of course took out the payment but they took out more than what the option I selected.

Hi there, our support team at BetterHelp wanted to post and let you know that we are very sorry for the frustration our subscription billing process has caused you, it sounds like perhaps the subscription was not cancelled during the 7 day free trial, and therefore continued to the paid subscription. No problem though, we understand that not everyone wishes to continue working with the counselor through BetterHelp, so if there are any outstanding concerns in relation to this post, please reach out to our support team via email at contact@betterhelp.com. We truly are sorry for the distress this has caused, and would love to help rectify this.

I was charged 90$ today unauthorizedly by betterhelp.com
I started the trial period 19/09 and unsubscribed 22/09 still they charged me 90$ today. So I made dispute to my bank and they will get my money back from those criminals.
Their tactic is to automatch you right after cancelling the subscription so you stay subscribed and being sucked by them despite you think you have unsubscribed during the free trial.
