Binder & Binder Want payment for services after telling me I had no case and I dismissed them. Nationwide

Binder & Binder took my disability case after I was initially denied.  It took them over 3 months to contact me after calling them on a weekly basis after the first month.  I supplied all the paperwork medical as well as forms to fill out for the SSA.  It wasn't until my partner became upset on the phone did I finally get a response from them.  Well SSA denied me again.  When I asked Binder & Binder what I could do next they said I had to file another appeal and go before a judge to determine if I was disabled.  They then said, and I am quoting "you do not even have a case because there are not enough medical records to back you up".  Well, I dismissed them and found a local attorney who helped me diligently win my case.  Now Binder & Binder are wanting me to pay them for their work!  What a rip-off!  I don't think they are entitled to their outragious fees they are wanting me to pay.
