I purchased a mirror for $360 from Homeclick which is affiliated with Bongo International for delivery outside of the US. Bongo International delivered completely damaged mirror. When refund requested, Bongo after 2 months sent a check for #315 only - handling/taxes/duties charges not refunded "as per Bongo's policy". Bongo's customer support is very poor and rude; they won't let you escalate the issue; they don't care abour customer experience or customer loyalty whatsoever.
I am very frustrated with this experience and would never recommend anyone go through what I had to with Bongo. They are scam; avoid dealing with them at all costs.

Today a check been delivered with $43.92 of remaining amount of taxes/duties/handling from Bongo. So full amount been reimbursed; nothing pending from Bongo.

This is to update the status of my Ripoff Report on Bongo International. Their Customer Support reached out to me with the offer to refund outstanding $43.92 which is good. They requested to take down all the Internet posts I've been recently publishing with my negative experience due to this situation.
Once Bongo's check for $43.92 arrives - I'll be updating this report again with the confirmation on that.
