I was applying for a credit card through capitol one to improve my credit score. I got approved but had to make a 49.00 refundable deposit to get my card. this is a standard practice. on the site there was a green button that said "make a deposit" so i did. it had a bunch of capitol one verbage on it and didn't think that there was anything malicious. then it went all crazy. and it turns out its been happening to other people. please get my money back.
